Hurricane, flood & corrosion: Specify anchorage/tie-downs, curb adapters, elevated pads/stands in flood-risk zones, and marine-grade fasteners/finishes near the Gulf. Address coil coatings and maintenance intervals; salt-air corrosion is commonly excluded from warranty unless expressly included.
