Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Site. If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Content & Intellectual Property

Builder Outputs

Outputs are generated from your inputs and our template logic. You’re responsible for reviewing, editing, and determining fitness for your purposes. Requirements vary by state and project type.

Fees & Payments

If any paid features are offered, prices will be shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Except where stated, fees are nonrefundable once outputs are delivered.

Disclaimers

The Site and Service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Site or Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
